Bok Choy Salad with Sweet Ginger Dressing

Trust me when I say that every night before finally drifting into sleep I cursed myself for not posting on the blog. Night after night I would promise myself that no matter how crazy my day would be next day but I will find the time and do my blog post but it never happened. Trust me I have so many recipes in the drafts, pictures on my hard disks and all I needed was just little time away from all the madness. Alas finally I am here writing this post and thinking how much I missed doing this. Blogging is therapeutic for me, I feel relaxed typing every word, editing every picture. I have to admit for me my blog is like the best friend every gal need. So once again I promise I will be regular here and will find time to do what I love most!

Coming back to today’s recipe, today I am sharing for you one of my favorite and easiest and of course super delicious salad recipe “Bok Choy Salad with Sweet Ginger Dressing”. This Asian inspired salad rocks my world every time I make it. I get complements, people ask for recipe and of course I get to flaunt my new salad bowls that I keep buying because I am shopaholic (seriously I need intervention on my prop shopping addiction… Shhhh).

Anyways this salad is a breeze to make; the main star here is the sweet Asian dressing… Damn it is so good! I kind of always make double batch of it and store it in the fridge. Top it on anything and Bam! Once again be creative, if you want to top your salad with some protein go ahead, or add some nuts, or may be some croutons or wonton crisp. The possibilities are endless.

SO my lovelies I hope you will give this recipe a try and will enjoy it! Have a gorgeous weekend you all and I will be back Super-Soon with a new recipe to share with you all.
